Booking Policy

• To reserve a cabin, at the time of booking we will require a valid credit card, with expiry, postal code, and CVV to authorize a reservation hold of 25% of total for the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are a no show, your card is charged the 25% of total non refundable deposit.
• You can Cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your reservation date, without penalty.
• If you cancel 6 days or less prior to your reservation date, your credit card will be charged the 25% of total non refundable deposit.

Payment Options

• We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express, sorry no debit cards at this time. Cash or E-Transfer.
• Personal cheques if previously agreed upon.

Fire Wood

• At this time we still offer your fire pit wood free of charge. You will have to split it and pack it to your cabin yourself.

Pet Policy

• Pets welcome with signed waiver form. Due to the extra cleaning costs, a pet fee of $10.00/day will be charged for each pet.

Horse Policy

• Space is available for your own horse for a fee, following prior arrangements with Chungo Creek. Feed not included.
